Cousins Thomas and David, owners of a mobile restaurant, team up with their friend Moby, a bumbling private detective, to save the beautiful Sylvia, a pickpocket. Action and humor abound in the streets of Barcelona, culminating with a battle in the castle hideout of the evil gang. this is a great movie. a little long, but still great. all the movies with the kung-fu-teers are awesome. and this is no exceeption. funny and action-packed. great fun for everyone interested. i dont however, understand the title. wheels on meals? whats that mean? oh well, see it and enjoy. I throughly enjoyed this film. Granted, it is weird in some respects (ie. All spanish people can speak fluent cantoneese), but you don't need to let that tarnish what is a funny, comic romp.

I won't spoil the film for you, but there are some truely magnificent shots and fight sequences including the final fight between Jackie and Benny the jet Urquidez.

Sammo Hung (of Martial Law fame) puts a lot of effort into the on screen chemistry between the three blood brothers, and fight sequences. If I could critize this film, it would be that it is too slow, and moves at a snails pace, but I think Sammo (who directed this film) wanted to make people just sit back and enjoy a weird but enjoyable yarn.
